GC YOLO Mart offers an online platform for sale of consumer goods such as toys, food, apparel, and general merchandise. All listings are subject to availability. GC YOLO Mart reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or revise specifications and pricing without prior notice.

• All prices displayed are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) and other levies unless expressly stated otherwise.
• Prices may be revised at the sole discretion of GC YOLO Mart. The applicable price shall be that in effect at the time of order confirmation.
• Payments shall be made using secure methods including credit/debit cards, UPI, or net banking. The User affirms that all payment details provided are true and authorized.
• GC YOLO Mart shall not be liable for unauthorized transactions or technical failures attributable to third-party payment gateways.

• Access to the Website is presently free of charge for buyers.

Delivery timelines are approximate and depend on product availability, location, and logistics partners. Shipment tracking will be shared upon confirmation. GC YOLO Mart is not liable for delays arising from third-party services, force majeure events, or unforeseen circumstances. Title and risk pass to the buyer upon delivery.

Orders may be cancelled prior to dispatch by contacting support. Once shipped, cancellation shall not be permitted. Returns shall be governed by the Return and Refund Policy available on the Website.

Returned products must be in original condition with packaging and invoice. GC YOLO Mart reserves the right to reject non-compliant returns.

Refunds shall be processed to the original payment method as per the Refund Policy.
