1. Refund policy

You cannot cancel the order and demand refund once the order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered in the following cases:

If the shipping location is not serviced by our partner courier companies.
No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. Damaged products will be exchanged as per our exchange policy.
From the date of written confirmation of refund to the customer, the amount will be refunded within the next 10-15 business days. The amount will be refunded in the customer's mode of payment.
No Returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason that he/she doesn't like it after delivery of the product or feels the product doesn't match his or her expectations. No refunds will be given in the following cases: Incorrect or insufficient address mentioned by the customer

Minors or persons with legally recognized cognitive or decision-making limitations may only use the Website under the supervision of a legally authorized guardian or representative.

GC YOLO Mart reserves the absolute right to deny, suspend, or terminate access to the Website if it is discovered that the User does not meet the eligibility requirements or has provided misleading, false, or incomplete information.

2. Returns & Exchange Policy

www.gcyolomart.com does not entertain returns after the order is successfully placed and payment is made by the buyer. Buyers are requested to place the order only if they agree with this term. www.gcyolomart.com will accept exchange of the sold products through the website www.gcyolomart.com, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned below:

Exchange requests will be entertained only in case the product(s) received by the buyer are in damaged or expired condition. Only such cases will be considered for exchange thereafter.

Buyer has to inform www.gcyolomart.com of his/her intention to exchange the broken products within 9 hrs of receipt of the goods at his/her shipping address. Such damaged goods should be sent only after written email consent from www.gcyolomart.com to send back the product. All replacements will be made after the returned shipment of product is received by www.gcyolomart.com The courier charges for returning the damaged cases will be borne by www.gcyolomart.com. Return orders are to be sent back to the address from where it was dispatched to be confirmed from www.gcyolomart.com All returns, exchanges & replacements are processed within 2-5 working days. And exchanges & replacements will be delivered in 10-15 working days.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

4. COUPON TERMS & CONDITIONS

Coupons are valid for a limited time only. GC YOLOMART reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time. The coupon offer will not be valid until it is applied to the qualifying item.
The coupon may only be used on www.gcyolomart.com and in conjunction with the purchase of products shipped and sold www.gcyolomart.com . The coupon is not valid on products sold by third-party sellers or other e-commerce websites. The coupon is limited to one coupon per customer.
If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit. Applicable shipping and handling charges apply to all products as the Shipping & Returns Policy. Offer good while supplies last.

5. Shipping Policy

Orders are shipped from our warehouse through third party. Our endeavor is to make the products deliver to you within 15-25 days from receipt of order and payment. Order deliveries will be made usually between 10.30 am – 7 pm Monday-Sunday. Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
Due to courier pickup timelines, all orders received before 12 p.m will be processed on the same day. Orders received after 12 p.m. will be processed on the next business day. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays and public holidays. Order delivery may fail due to these reasons, wrong address, customer not available, premises closed.
In case of floods/ Heavy Rains/ National Bandh we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery for another date. In case the product is not delivered due to any of the above reasons, we will inform you about the same. All claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store. Also the said shortage of goods needs be highlighted and signed on the delivery challan copy and returned to the delivery person.
